FAR East Consortium International is investing in properties in Bangkok in share and cash asset swap deals.

  The group is taking an interest in 26,000 square metres of a 56,000-sq-metre net commercial space in a tower under construction, ATM Tower on Vibhavadi Street Rangsit Road, Bangkok, for $287 million.

  It is also taking 50 per cent of shares in companies with sites at Tamboi Gubdaeng-Anusawaree, Amphoe Bangkhen and Pathumwan of the Srikuruwai family.

  The consideration for the deals is being backed by shares in Far East Consortium and cash, along with interests in US and Canadian properties.
