Code due for terrorism law

A code of practice under The United Nations (Anti Terrorism Measures) Ordinance is expected to go into force by early next year after the legislature passed a motion to amend it. The Code of Practice regulates how law enforcement agencies conduct interviews with people who are required to answer questions, furnish information or produce material under section 12A of the ordinance.
