THE bar manager of The Wanch pub in Wan Chai has been shot dead in an attempted robbery in Manila. Teddy Pascual, 37, died in hospital following an attack on Monday night after he withdrew money from a bank in Makati. Mr Pascual, of Chinese-Filipino decent, was in the Philippines visiting relatives and was due back in Hong Kong on Friday.
