Hongkongers have never bought into the British tradition of wearing hats, but then again there's never been a high-end boutique dedicated to selling them. That is changing with the newly opened Hatwoman boutique (left, shop 209, Man Yee Arcade, 68 Des Voeux Road, Central, tel: 2167 8337), which stocks a range of hats, from edgy and romantic to playful and fashion-forward.
