Chef Philippe Orrico from St George in Hullett House in Tsim Sha Tsui has created a five-course lobster meal for lunch or dinner until the end of the month. The meal is HK$888 plus 10 per cent and includes traditional lobster bisque, wild seabass and lobster claws with red wine sauce and girolle mushrooms, and lobster tail with cider reduction and lardo di Colonnata, roasted almonds, mushroom pasta and cuttlefish.
