Regina Ip Lau Suk-yee has assembled a new advisory panel and recruited five outstanding young people into her Savantas Policy Institute think tank to mark its fourth anniversary.

The 11 advisers to the think tank's subsidiary liberal arts academy include Ocean Park chairman Allan Zeman, retired senior official David Akers-Jones, dermatologist Dr Louis Shih Tai-cho and former Exco and Legco member Bernard Chan.

'Regina has done a great job in Legco and so when she asked me I said I will continue to help her and the people of Hong Kong,' Zeman said at the celebration yesterday.
