Official launch ceremony features a 'Savour Art' exhibition, to include 18 pieces by local artists highlighting the 'sweet, sour, bitter and spicy' elements Hong Kong foods, and the completion of a 6,000 piece 'Mona Lisa' toast mosaic and the showcasing of toast dresses by New Zealander Maurice Bennett.
