Joyce Man

A woman involved in a bus crash on New Hiram's Highway two years ago that killed 19 and injured 43 is suing the driver for damages. A writ filed at the Court of First Instance on behalf of Cheng Ah-mui, against the driver, Hung Link-kwok,  alleges Hung was negligent when he drove the bus on May 1, 2008, near Nam Pin Wai in Sai Kung.  Hung was initially jailed for three years and four months  for  dangerous driving causing death, but  the term was doubled.
