A 15-year-old boy charged with murdering his mother and sister last month was mentally fit to enter pleas, Tsuen Wan Juvenile Court was told yesterday. Magistrate Lambert Lee Ka-chai asked the boy's father whether he wanted other relatives to be inside the courtroom. He mentioned his elder brother but decided to sit there on his own while he cried. The boy was remanded at Siu Lam Psychiatric Hospital.
