Wong Ka-jeng, who has evaded the media over the past year, including during promotion for the film, will play a last concert in Hong Kong next Tuesday before resuming his studies at Indiana University in the United States in the autumn.

'I prefer being low-profile,' the 19-year-old said. 'I'm not interested in becoming famous just to feed my ego.'

After winning a music award at age 11, Wong went on concert tours of Britain and the Czech Republic. He recently played Mozart's Piano Concerto No21 under the baton of respected Israeli conductor Uriel Segal.

Whether he likes it or not, the documentary that chronicled the young prodigy's passionate yet rebellious teenage years has made Wong one of the most well-known characters of the past year in the Hong Kong film world.

'Many people think they know me now, but I think they might be presuming too much based on a few things portrayed in the documentary,' Wong said.
