The fourth and latest Al Dente outlet, opened by the Al Dente Group at the Great Eagle Centre in Wan Chai, adheres to the company's philosophy of using the best ingredients possible to create reasonably priced, home-styled Italian dishes.

Recently relocated from a nearby area, the Al Dente has already established a name in the community after serving customers for almost two years on Harbour Road.

The restaurant continues to serve office crowds from the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Harbour Centre and the Great Eagle Centre. The restaurant is a 10-minute walk from the Wan Chai MTR station.

Signature dishes include pasta Al Dente (HK$108), which is made of linguine, chicken and jalapeno peppers, and served in a garlic and white wine sauce; insalata al salmone (HK$88), consisting of smoked salmon and a mix of fresh and grilled vegetables topped with caviar; and all-time favourite chocolate pudding (HK$58).

Bruschetta al pomodoro ($48), linguine alla vongole (HK$108), rib-eye steak (HK$158) and beef medallion (HK$168) are also popular choices.

Lunch sets are available for HK$98, including an appetiser, with a choice of a salad or soup of the day, a main course of pasta, chicken, steak or fish, plus dessert or coffee and tea. Dinner costs about HK$150 per person.
