Adding Machine, written by American Elmer Rice in the 1920s, is an expressionist fantasy satirising the growing regimentation of modern man in the machine age and the rebelliousness of human nature. Modern dance is used to emphasise this universal drama.

Tickets are $50 and $70 with reductions for members, students and senior citizens.

Also in Cantonese, You Can't Take It With You is presented by the Hong Kong Repertory Theatre.

The play tells the story of a garrulous and eccentric family who somehow manage to enjoy life despite their meagre income in Depression-ravaged America.
