Edison Chen befriends 'king of the snapshot'

It's never too late for Edison Chen Koon-hei. It seems whatever artistic talent the former actor and singer might have, photography was not among them. After all, many of us have seen his handiwork.

But the prodigal son has returned and he may be hard at work at improving his photographic techniques.

He was seen earlier this week giving a guided tour of his new boutique in Causeway Bay to Yasumasa Yonehara (pictured).

Yasumasa who? OK, he's not exactly a household name, but in the firmament of porn photography aficionados, the name burns brightly. The man, better known in Japan as 'the king of the snapshot', helps make porn respectable, and turns porn stars into genuine stars and vice versa.

We hope Yonehara will pass on some of his skills to Chen. Meanwhile, we applaud Chen for his attempt at self-improvement. At least ladies can now be assured of being captured in more artistic - if equally compromising - poses.
