AST now 'official' in Beijing

A SUBSIDIARY of computer-maker and distributor Legend Holdings has established the first authorised after-sales service centre in Beijing for AST computers of the United States.

Legend said AST Asia was providing a technical consultation service for the centre in addition to supplying computer parts. Legend was providing technical staff at the Beijing AST centre with regular training and computer knowledge.

Another Legend subsidiary, Creative Technologies, completed the first part of a promotion tour last month for a notebook computer with AST Asia in Beijing, Guangzhou and Wuhan.
