TRICOMM and IBC Cable Television, in conjunction with Richard Ellis Thailand, are launching a weekly property TV programme. Providing news and comment, the show will also analyse regional and world news. It is the first of its kind in Asia. It will be aired every Sunday evening on IBC 1 (CNN News Channel). Produced by Tricomm, the programme will cover local, regional and international news. It will also feature interviews and panel discussions with property experts. Projects, developments and trends will be analysed while also taking a look at financial issues. ''Our objective is to produce a show that is authoritative, balanced and one that will become the definitive source for all people interested in the dynamic property markets in the Asia Pacific region,'' said Chris Palmer, managing director of Richard Ellis Hong Kong. He added that ''the programme is not designed to promote Richard Ellis projects, but all relevant and pertinent property issues''. The IBC Network (part of the Shinawatra Group) is Southeast Asia's largest cable network with more than 500,000 viewers in Bangkok. The network will air through Thaicom 1 satellite.
