Public satisfaction with Chief Executive Donald Tsang Yam-kuen's policy address dropped by 10 percentage points two days after he delivered it last Wednesday, a University of Hong Kong survey shows. A follow-up poll of 507 respondents to a snap survey of 1,020 respondents on the day Tsang delivered his speech found 31 per cent were satisfied, compared with 41 per cent two days earlier. There is a plus or minus 4 percentage point margin of error in the latest survey.
