A POST MORTEM examination will be carried out on a newborn baby boy believed to have been thrown from a building in Tai Wo Estate, Tai Po. Police suspect the baby may have been thrown from above the third floor because there are locked grilles to prevent people from climbing on to the canopy from lower floors.
