SCMP Reporter

More than 200 students will take part in Hong Kong's first French speech competition for primary and secondary students to be held this month. The contest, organised by the Association of Teachers of French in Hong Kong and Macau, will have three categories - solo poetry speaking, choral poetry and dramatic scenes.  
The competition for senior secondary students will be held at Marymount Secondary School on Saturday. Primary students will showcase their talents at PLK Tan Siu Lin Primary School on November 20, and junior secondary students at Diocesan Boys' School on November 27.
