Swire Properties will add much sought-after supply to Mid-Levels with the opening of its new project, Azura at 2A Seymour Road, which will offer 126 units, ranging from 1,650 to 2,100 sqft. 'Our latest residential project is a similar upscale residential project as The Albany, which is also located in a prime location and has high quality design and fittings,' says Wendy Ho, senior sales manager of Swire Properties. The 50-storey property will feature three penthouses with a private pool and three special apartments with a flat roof. Azura is expected to be completed in late 2012.

Meanwhile, Sun Hung Kai Properties has delivered this year's top-selling project at Valais, located near the Lok Ma Chau-Huanggang border crossing. Nearly 300 of the 330 houses in the Beas River development have been sold for a total of more than HK$10 billion. About half of the buyers have businesses on the mainland.
