Business appointments

TWO prominent leaders of Hong Kong's business sector were nominated to represent the territory in the Asia-Pacific Economic Co-operation (APEC) business forum.

They are Linus Cheung Wing-lam, chief executive of Hongkong Telecom and Sarah Liao Sau-tung, director of EHS Consultants.

The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong has appointed Peter Wong as chief internal auditor. Mr Wong was formerly manager of risk management for Hongkong Telecom.
