Trench coat
 Why?  Feel you've outgrown  hoodies and jackets?  Try something more sophisticated and mature: trench coats are must-haves this season.  Don't  believe those  who say  trench coats are only for grown-ups.  Teenagers can also look fab in them. They are easy to match with other clothes, and  instantly make you look stylish. 
Trench coats can flaunt your figure, whether you're  tall, slim, curvy or petite. With their large buttons and shoulder straps,  they add confidence to your look. More importantly,  these  windbreakers keep you warm in the winter. Celebrities like Leighton Meester and Lindsay Lohan have all been seen sporting this look.  
 How? Choose one that falls just under the knee and wear with bright tights to jazz up  your outfit, and black knee-high boots or high heels. Wear with black leggings and a pair of dark suede ankle boots for a chic look. Or try with a pair of denims  and long brown  boots.  
 Where? H&M has a wide selection  at about HK$400 each. Also, boutiques in Island Beverly, Causeway Bay, have many hot trench coats for HK$200-$300.

Daydream Nation offers creative workshops where different skills from makeup to playing the guitar are taught. The shop also sells  fun hand-made jewellery.  Driven by Japanese inspiration, Initial offers a  variety of preppy blazers for the boys. The most popular are the classic navy and black ones. Put one in your wardrobe - take it out a few years later, and it  will still be in style.  
 For those who are willing to try something less classic, the red and navy striped blazer would be the perfect choice. Knitwear is also  hot. The shop offers a range of cashmere cardigans  that will keep you warm  this winter. The unique accessories, especially the pen that's shaped like a vintage key, are a great addition to your Christmas list.

 My style is ... fun and feminine. I think it's important to strike a balance between sophistication and youthfulness. I incorporate different trends into my look to be fashionable, yet original and, well, me!
 I am ... sweet and bubbly. I try to reflect my personality through the clothes I wear. I choose patterns or colours that are fun and exciting.  It's all about being creative with the way we dress!
 I am wearing ... a dark blue turtle neck from Mango, a printed circle skirt from Zara, and brown knee-high boots from Staccato.
 The story behind ... my skirt. It was given to me by a friend who lives in Madrid, Spain. We send each other cute pieces of clothing or accessories.
 Shhh! Let me tell you a secret ... fashion is all about mixing and matching. Don't be afraid to put different patterns and colours together. Fashion's about being bold and making a statement! But  don't overdo it.  
 My favorite designers are ... Elie Saab and Alberta Ferretti. Elie Saab's creations are my definition of femininity. He uses delicate fabric to create fashion-forward pieces that embodies 21st century women. Alberta Ferretti's intricate designs are remarkable, but she manages not to overdo her pieces.
 I would like to look like ... Anne Hathaway. She is so graceful, and she always looks divine on the red carpet. She uses bright, bold colours to make a statement, but keeps things simple with minimal accessories. 
 I shop at ... Karen Millen, Banana Republic and Club Monaco. I also love little boutiques on the side of the road.
