Rate rebate

IN LAST week's report, ''China Light wins a $1b rate rebate'', it was stated that judgment was handed down by the Lands Tribunal 15 months after the hearing. This should have been three months as judgment was reserved by Judge Cruden last January 21. The error is regretted.
