After her Hollywood adventure, Cambensy is back and determined to keep ahead of the game

In the world of fashion, one day you're in and the next day you're out. You'd be a fool to think you could just come and go and still be remembered without putting in much effort.

One model who was the talk of the town until she ducked out of the limelight not so long ago is Jessica Cambensy (pictured). For the last three months, she's been looking for modelling and acting opportunities in Hollywood.

Making her comeback in Hong Kong on Wednesday, she appeared in a pirate outfit to promote an online game for Goyeah.com at Tsim Sha Tsui's The One mall.

If she thinks the skimpy ensemble is the answer to regaining her former celebrity model status, she might need to work harder, given how many up-and-coming new faces would love to take her place. 'I was so nervous today. I haven't been out here for a while and I'm so happy to be back,' Cambensy said.

'I'm staying here till March then going back to Los Angeles. My biggest challenge now is really to find a balance between LA and Hong Kong. But I'm definitely planning to come back.'

As an ambassador for the online game, she may have found a way to keep her fans both at home and overseas. Nevertheless, she didn't seem too worried about being replaced by aspiring newcomers.
