Potential buyers can attend an exhibition for the Keats Apartments this weekend at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong in Central, where representatives from Colliers International will be on hand to deal with inquiries.

Croydon, with its wealth of architecture, business opportunities and entertainment facilities, is aiming to be the 'third city' for London, following the City of London and Westminster. Built by Berkeley Homes, Saffron Square is a residential scheme designed to mark the regeneration of Croydon.

Saffron Square is 13 minutes from London Bridge by train and 16 minutes from Victoria station in the heart of the capital, providing good connections to colleges and universities, the financial district, and London's cultural and tourist landmarks.

The development comprises a mixed commercial, retail and leisure space of more than 22,000 sqft, with a 45-storey residential tower, clad in muted tones of pink and mauve. Shops, restaurants, cafes, offices, a creche and gym will surround a one-acre public square with landscaping and water features.

Saffron Square provides 719 private residential properties, featuring suites, one-, two- and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 431 to 1,143 sqft. The superior living environment in the residential towers starts from the five-star hotel-style entrance lobby, providing 24-hour concierge service.

Other facilities include a gym and meeting room for residents only, CCTV, electronic entry phone system, bicycle storage and parking spaces at an additional charge.
