JBPB & Co, the accountancy firm formerly known as Grant Thornton,  agreed in the Court of First Instance yesterday not to touch any data stored in a computer it provided Sim Kon-fah, a former partner who  faces a HK$640 million civil claim with five others  over a partnership deal gone bad. JBPB's lawyer said yesterday the firm  had never  used Sim's personal data, including his tax and bank documents, private correspondence and client details.
