Pret a Manger has always been a top choice for a quick, healthy lunch, offering a fresh daily selection of sandwiches, soups and salads. But for those in the market for something different, the British chain's new concept store is sure to please.
The 3,000 sqft venue can accommodate up to 51 lunch-goers in its two dining rooms. One is airy and houses several large communal tables - perfect if you're with a group of colleagues. But if its peace and privacy you're after, try the lounge area, a cosy escape draped in soothing emerald tones.
Both sections have complimentary Wi-fi, with all the usual trimmings one might expect from a corporate-orientated lunch venue - newspapers, business magazines, and other light to heavy reading material. The back of the restaurant features a large window that opens into the kitchen.
One of Pret's main draws is its exclusive dishes, such as the delectable pasta entrees, topped with either chicken or meatballs.
For early-birds, the menu also features several hot breakfast items, including a delicious, toasted English muffin set.
Purists seeking their daily sandwich fix need not worry. Pret offers much of the brand's usual fare, albeit with a slight twist - sandwich packs are mixed, half-and-half.
