Brainchild of real estate developer VK Lalco, the seven-storey development houses 70 fully furnished units, each more than 1,235 sqft in size. But that's just the half of it.
The complex is best known for is its sweeping range of amenities, that include a swimming pool, health centre, fitness club and games room. There's even a children's play area on site to tend to the little ones, while guests and residents indulge in the palatial facilities.
