Three men were jailed for life yesterday for murdering a Sun Yee On triad leader - ramming him with a car before stabbing him on the forecourt of the Kowloon Shangri-La hotel.
Two others were found not guilty and released.
Lee Wan-kong, 37, Lo Chin-wang, 46, Lee Chun-kong, 23, and Yeung Man-ting, 50, were charged with murder. Yeung faced an alternative charge of conspiracy to wound with intent.

Li Yuen-wo, 36, faced court for allegedly arranging the men's illegal passage from the mainland to Hong Kong and back to provide an alibi.
All five had pleaded not guilty in the Court of First Instance.

Last night a seven-member jury returned the verdicts after seven hours of deliberation.
