I love to trawl the aisles of the Jusco HK$10 shops (which are formally known as Jusco $10 Plaza Plus, although I don't know anybody who calls them that). The products are (usually) of good quality and the selection is eclectic. On my last visit to one of the shops, in Wan Chai (M/F, Wing Tak Mansion, 15 Canal Road West, tel: 2892 1812), I found this heart-shaped pan, which is the perfect size for the recipe on page 48, for a Valentine's Day cake-for-two.
I also picked up (yet another) measuring jug, because many of the ones I already have are in the refrigerator with ingredients in them - which means I sometimes don't have an empty one to use for its actual purpose. This jug can be used for liquid metric and avoirdupois measurements.
Also, since you have to buy products when you see them rather than wait until you actually need them (at the Jusco shops, they might not have it on your next visit), I bought these plastic moulds for making popsicles. Yes, it's too cold now, but they'll be perfect for summertime treats.
