Employees who report illegal copying of copyrighted publications like newspapers and magazines will receive HK$5,000 to HK$10,000 if their action results in arrests and seizures, and the same again upon a conviction. Businesses like tutorial centres are being targeted by the Copyright Licensing Association and Reprographic Rights Licensing Society.
