Swire wins nod to rebuild Taikoo Place blocks

Swire Properties yesterday won approval to redevelop three industrial buildings in Taikoo Place. Somerset House and Cornwall House will be redeveloped into a 51-storey grade A office building, while Warwick House will be rebuilt into a 46-storey grade A office building. The Town Planning Board approved the redevelopment plan after Swire cut the building heights and increased the public open space.
