Seafood snatched, but culprits escape
Police seized smuggled seafood valued at about HK$768,000 in Tuen Mun, but nobody was arrested. The marine police moved in at 1am yesterday, when goods were being unloaded from a suspicious vessel near the Gold Coast Hotel onto two speedboats. The three vessels sped away and two men were seen fleeing the scene. Police impounded 60 boxes of lobsters and 36 boxes of clams.
