Trinity income soars 89.7pc

Luxury menswear firm Trinity said net profit rose 89.7 per cent to HK$340.85 million last year, thanks to higher prices and its expansion into lower-tier mainland cities. Revenue grew 22.3 per cent to HK$2.01 billion, while gross profit margin rose to 77.2 per cent. The company added 57 stores and eight cities to its network, giving it 451 stores in 30 mainland cities, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and Britain. Director Sunny Wong Yat-ming (above) said the company was on the lookout to add new brands.
