Learn from the Japanese

The plot of the film 2012 came true in a way - a 9.0-magnitude earthquake and tsunami hit Japan. My sympathy goes to all the victims, and I have to say Japan is a really polite and united nation.

Despite the disaster, the Japanese remained calm and polite, and dealt with the problems with honour and dignity. Their community spirit and their strength really impressed me. Instead of pushing and shoving for food and water, they queued in an orderly way and waited patiently. Instead of looting and fighting, they helped their fellow countrymen.

The people never blamed or criticised the government. We should learn from their positive attitude.

Meanwhile, in Hong Kong, people scrambled for salt and baby formula. I am disappointed with people's actions.
