WHEN it comes to the female form it seems that what Bangkok does today Hong Kong does tomorrow.
Meet Patrick Gauvain, a British photographer based in the Thai capital whose portfolio, so we hear, mostly comprises images of scantily clad women.
Quite prodigious is Gauvain on the subject, having published a best-seller on ladies who bare all and produced a rather provocative calendar for the past eight years.
Now he is set to turn his creative talents on Hong Kong women. Or rather, one particular species - the socialites.
No names are forthcoming as yet but he claims his avowed aim is ''to put some bodies to some frequently photographed faces''.
The working title for his coffee-table tome is Hong Kong: Familiar Faces . . . Fabulous Bodies. Sounds like it will be a pretty slim book.
