I HAVE found that most Public Light Buses (PLBs) will stop in a gas station to refuel even when they are in service. This is a very dangerous practice given that passengers are on board. I cannot imagine what would happen if there was an accident of any kind in the petrol station. Are there no laws or regulations forbidding this? If not, then I think the relevant government department should look into the matter and ensure that PLB drivers are forbidden from using petrol stations while in service. ANDREW LAM Tsing Yi
