ELEVEN youths were arrested after a dispute outside a karaoke bar in Kwai Chung. A 20-year-old man who was involved in an argument with three others in the Columbo bar at about 4.30 am called his friends for help. They arrived on the scene brandishing bottles, but police arrived before any violence ensued.
