Iguazu Falls a world marvel
2-MIN READ2-MIN
ONE of the world's great natural marvels marks the border between Argentina and Brazil - the Iguazu Falls.
The cascade, about 15 kilometres from Puerto Iguazo, is made up of 275 separate waterfalls that plunge from as high as 80 metres over a four-km crest.
Iguazu has the largest waterfalls in the world in volume; the only comparable sights anywhere are the falls at Victoria and Niagara.

I saw Iguazu in the company of a traveller who had visited both the others and asked him how they compared.
''Neither of them even come close,'' he said.

The striking falls can be seen from many angles - from a distance, by helicopter and close up.
