LOTUS Development has just made available Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows and Ami Pro for the China market.
The announcement represents the first localised spreadsheet and wordprocessing package that supports the Chinese Windows software introduced last year.
Lotus 1-2-3 for Windows is the latest version of the popular application software, of which the Chinese edition is the latest localised language edition.
Since its release in 1983, it has received numerous awards and accolades for its power, usability and innovative technologies.
The many new features of 1-2-3 for Windows include true three-dimensional spreadsheet and enhanced programmability incorporating dialogue boxes and buttons.
It also incorporates a version manager to ease ''what-if'' analysis for individuals, as well as groups working on a spreadsheet.
