Fishermen crew quota

UP to 3,500 mainland crew can work for local fishermen on their vessels.

Senior Fisheries Officer with the Agricultural and Fisheries Department, Sham Chun-hung, said the Government had discussed the issue with China.

Arrangements differ from importation schemes as mainlanders would not cross the border and work in Hong Kong all the time.
