VIETNAMESE translations of the report into the April 7 raid on the Whitehead Vietnamese detention centre will be distributed in the three main camps today.

Two Cambodian refugees completed the task of translation yesterday after starting just six days ago. The official government translation will not be completed until later this month, despite assurances when it was delivered on June 10 that priority would be given to the Vietnamese translation.
