CHINA Overseas Land and Investment has reported slow response to the sale of 48 flats at its renovated Intelligent Court in Causeway Bay. Sixteen units, including 10 for internal sale, were sold yesterday on the first day of sales.

  The flats of 618 to 625 sq ft are offered at an average of $7,500 a square foot.
