Herbalist guilty of touching breast

A CHINESE herbalist who touched a girl's breast during a careers exhibition was convicted of indecent assault by Eastern Court yesterday.

The court heard that Chan Pak-keung, 36, a married man, rubbed his left elbow against the 16-year-old girl's breast at the Convention and Exhibition Centre on February 24 this year. He then walked away quickly.

The girl at first dismissed the touch as accidental.

However, about two minutes later she felt another elbow on her breast and saw it was Chan's. He hurried away again.

The court heard the girl saw Chan approach another woman whose breast he touched with his elbow.

She reported Chan's behaviour to the police.
