OVERSEAS property exhibitors continue to flock to Hong Kong in search of investors. This weekend sees two exhibitions for London property, one for Australian and one for New Zealand. Colliers Jardine has a two-day exhibition on the Slipway House project in London's Docklands area. The exhibition is at the India room in the Hilton Hotel with prices ranging from GBP47,000 (HK$535,000) to nearly GBP2 million. The Malaysian room of the Hilton Hotel featuring property from The Park Building in the city's Bow Road. Prices range from GBP95,000 (HK$1.3 million) to GBP138,000. Exhibitions from Australia include apartments in Sydney's North shore. The North Harbour development features 58 apartments and three penthouses. The exhibition is on at the Hong Kong room east in the Hilton Hotel. Upmarket developments at The Peaks in Auckland, New Zealand, are also on offer. Prices range from NZ$350,000 (HK$1.6 million) to more than $1 million.
