Issues ranging from fare increases to traffic snarls were the subject of six of the 46 motion debates.
Measures to tackle soaring property prices were another popular subject, while attention also was paid to social welfare services, especially for the elderly. Both areas were debated five times.
Motions on town planning occupied four debates.
The most active mover was United Democrat Lau Chin-shek.

The long-time labour activist sponsored motions on an employee compensation fund, organ donation, railway fare increases and the rate of return on investment for the Mass Transit Railway.
