AS captain-in-charge of the Royal Navy in Hong Kong, departed Captain Tom Sunter was always known as ''Capic''.

Sunter's administrative responsibility now falls to Commander Berry Reeves, who, as newly appointed commander-in-charge, will no doubt be known as ''Comic''.

Never let it be said the Garrison run-down is no joke.
