CDL acquires London hotel

CDL Hotels International has signed an agreement with Bailey's Property to buy Bailey's Hotel in central London for GBP20 million (about HK$243 million).

The hotel has 162 rooms and planning permission for a further 113. CDL has acquired three hotels in London in 18 months.
