A Philippine senate committee on tourism will investigate allegations the crooner has blacklisted the Philippines with the US show business community after his four-concert flop in Manila in June and July.

The tiff was over food bills and stage deadlines.

Philippine government officials regarded the reported blacklisting as another swipe at the Philippines, following the Manila film awards debacle.

Sinatra, whose international appearances often end on a sour note because he expects to be treated like a legend, said he was not ''treated properly''.
