EMIRATES Holidays, the vacation division of Emirates Airline, is breaking into the Asian market offering packages to 24 destinations.
Two agents have been appointed in Singapore and a further four will operate in the island state by the end of the year. Hong Kong and Bangkok will also offer Emirates package holidays in the coming months.
Emirates Airline has daily flights from Hong Kong to Dubai and onward flights to destinations in Europe.
Dubai is seen as a new destination for Hong Kong Chinese. The number of guests who stayed in Dubai hotels last year was a record 1.08 million, a 15.2 per cent increase over the previous year.
BUY one first class return ticket to Bangkok from Gulf Air at a cost of $5,980 and get one free. The same applies to business class tickets, which cost HK$4,940.
