A WORKING party should be formed to implement initiatives discussed at a business ethics conference organised by the Independent Commission Against Corruption in May, a businessman has urged. Donald Chia, deputy chairman of the Federation of Hong Kong Industries, said a high standard of business ethics was crucial for the preservation of Hong Kong's reputation.
